Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in aerosol inhalation in the adjuvant treatment of children with asthmatic pneumonia.Methods 200 children with asthmatic pneumonia in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2015 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group，according to different nursingmethods，100 cases in each group.All children patients were treated with conventional combination therapy，antibiotics to control infection，antiviral，sedative，preventing asthma，transforming phlegm and other symptomatic treatment，on the basis of the above，the oxygen driven atomizing inhalation was given.The control group was given conventional nursing method，the observation group was given comprehensive nursing method on the basis of the control group.The disappearance time of cough，remission time of asthma，disappearance time of wheezing and hospitalization time before and after atomization in the two groups was observed.Nursing satisfaction and effective compliance rate of patients and their families was investigated by using self-made patient satisfaction questionnaire.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.00%，which was higher than 80.00%of the control group，with significant difference（P＜0.05）.There was no significant difference in the disappearance time of cough，remission time of asthma，disappearance time ofwheezing between the observation group and the control group（P＞0.05）.The length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group，with significant difference（P＜0.05）.The degree of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 96.00%，which was higher than 77.0%in the control group，with significant difference（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care can improve the effect of aerosol inhalation in the adjuvant treatment of children with asthmatic pneumonia，and significantly improve the symptoms of asthmatic pneumonia in children，it isworthy of clinical promotion and application.
