Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of health education and psychological nursing on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris treated in the Fourth People's Hospital of Shenyang from March 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into observation group and control group according to drawing lots method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given health education and psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and after the nursing.Results There was no significant difference in the score of quality of life between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The quality of life scores of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),Conclusion Patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris receiving health education and psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing can improve their quality of life and their nursing satisfaction,which is conducive to improve the effect of clinical nursing and build a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
