姜黄素在治疗骨性关节炎过程中对关节软骨和滑膜细胞的作用机制

摘要

[摘要]姜黄素是非甾体类抗炎药物，对多种疾病具有广泛的预防治疗作用，可以有效清除自由基，其抗氧化活性和抗炎作用引起广泛关注。姜黄素可以通过激活或抑制多条信号通路参与骨性关节炎的发生发展，抑制软骨细胞凋亡和软骨细胞外基质的降解，减少各种炎症因子的产生，促进软骨细胞的自噬以及抑制滑膜细胞的增殖和炎症因子的释放。但是，姜黄素在参与治疗骨性关节炎过程中的信号通路仍未被完全阐明。基于此，本文通过参阅近年来国内外姜黄素在治疗骨性关节炎过程中的分子机制研究进行综述。

Abstract：

Curcumin is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug that has a wide range of preventive and therapeutic effects on a variety of diseases and can effectively remove free radicals.Its antioxidant activity and anti-inflammatory effects have attracted wide attention.Curcumin can participate in the development of osteoarthritis by activating or inhibiting multiple signaling pathways, inhibiting chondrocyte apoptosis and degradation of chondrocyte extracellular matrix, reducing the production of various inflammatory factors, promoting chondrocyte autophagy and inhibition proliferation of synovial cells and release of inflammatory factors.However, the signaling pathway of curcumin in the treatment of osteoarthritis has not been fully elucidated.Based on this, this paper reviews the molecular mechanisms of curcumin in the treatment of osteoarthritis at home and abroad in recent years.
