Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of Progesterone Capsules combined with Estradiol Valerate in the treatment of uterine bleeding caused by dysmenorrhea and anovulatory dysfunction.Methods From January 2018 to March 2019,60 patients with uterine bleeding caused by dysmenorrhea and anovulatory dysfunction treated in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to random number tablemethod,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Medroxyprogesterone Acetate Tablets and Estrogen Valerate Tablets,while the observation group was treated with Progesterone Capsules and Estriol Valerate Tablets.Themenstrual cycle,menstrual period and intimal thickness of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the total effective rate of the two groups was observed and calculated,the adverse reactions such as dizziness,nausea and lethargy were recorded.Results Themenstrual cycle of the two groups after treatmentwas shorter than that before treatment,themenstrual period was shorter than that before treatment,and the endometrial thickness was lower than that before treatment,the differenceswere statistically significant(P＜0.05),but therewas no significant difference inmenstrual cycle,menstrual period and endometrial thickness between the two groups(P＞0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (10.00%)was lower than that of the control group (40.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion While the patientswithmenstrual closure and anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding are treated with Estridiol Valerate Tablets,the effect of Progesterone Capsules is obvious，which can significantly improve themenstrual cycle,menstrual period and intimal thickness of the patients,the total effective rate is higher,the incidence of adverse reactions is low,and the safety ofmedication is higher.
