Clinical effect of Niaoduqing Granules in the adjunctive treatment of patients with chronic renal failure and its influence on biochemical indicators of patients

Abstract：Objective To explore the elinieal effeet of Niaoduqing Granules in the adjunetive treatment of patients with ehronie renal failure and its influenee on bioehemieal indieators of patients.Methods A total of 92 eases of ehronie renal failure patients admitted to our hospital from Mareh 2016 to Deeember 2017 were seleeted as researeh objeets.They were divided into the observation group（46 eases）and the eontrol group（46 eases）aeeording to the random number table method.The eontrol group was treated with routine treatment，and the observation group was treated with Niaoduqing Granules on the basis of the eontrol group.The elinieal treatment effeet and elinieal symptoms（nausea and vomiting，loss of appetite，edema and fatigue）between the two groups were eompared.And the bioehemieal indieators（blood urea nitrogen ［BUN］，serum ereatinine ［SCr］，hemoglobin ［Hb］，ereatinine elearanee ［CCr］，fibrinogen ［Fg］，urinary albumin exeretion rate ［UAER］）and serum interleukin-6（IL-6），C-reaetive protein（CRP）levels before and after treatment were eompared between the two groups.Results The total effeetive rate of the treatment in the observation group was 86.96%，whieh was signifieantly higher than that in the eontrol group（60.87%），and the differenee was statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.The improvement rates of nausea and vomiting，appetite loss，edema，and fatigue in the observation group were signifieantly higher than those in the eontrol group，and the differenees were statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.There were no signifieant differenees in the levels of bioehemieal indieators between the two groups before treatment（P＞0.05）.The levels of BUN，SCr，CCr，Fg，and UAER after treatment in the two groups were lower than those before treatment，the level of Hb was higher than that before treatment，and the differenees were statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.The levels of BUN，SCr，CCr，Fg，and UAER after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the eontrol group，the level of Hb was higher than that in the eontrol group，and the differenees were statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.There were no signifieant differenees in the levels of IL-6 and CRP between the two groups before treatment（P＞0.05）.The levels of IL-6 and CRP after treatment in the two groups were signifieantly lower than those before treatment，and the differenees were statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.The levels of IL-6 and CRP after treatment in the observation group were signifieantly lower than those in the eontrol group，and the differenees were statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Niaoduqing Granules have signifieant elinieal effeet in the adjunetive treatment of ehronie renal failure，whieh ean improve the elinieal symptoms and promote the reeovery of bioehemieal indieator levels.
