手法复位夹板外固定配合中药外洗治疗CooneyⅣ型桡骨远端骨折的效果

摘要目的观察手法复位夹板外固定配合中药外洗治疗CooneyⅣ桡骨远端骨折患者腕关节功能恢复的影响。方法选取2015年1月～2017年6月在我院就诊的38例CooneyⅣ型桡骨远端骨折患者，按照随机化原则分为治疗组和对照组，每组各19例。治疗组给予手法复位夹板外固定配合中药外洗治疗，对照组切开复位钢板内固定治疗，治疗6个月后按照Cooney评分标准和影像学评价标准进行腕关节功能评估。结果两组的腕关节掌屈度数、影像学测量指标比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），提示对照组优于治疗组，但两组的Cooney评分差异比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），提示夹板外固定配合中药外洗治疗和手术治疗CooneyⅣ型桡骨远端骨折疗效相当。结论手法复位夹板外固定配合中药外洗治疗CooneyⅣ型桡骨远端骨折疗效确切，为CooneyⅣ型桡骨远端骨折的治疗提供了一种新的方法。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the effect of bonesetting technique and splint external fixation combined with external washing of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Cooney typeⅣdistal radius fracture.MethodsFrom January 2015 to June 2017,38 cases CooneyⅣtype of distal radius fracture patients in our hospital were selected and divided into treatment group and control group,accordance with the principle of randomized,19 cases in each group.Treatment group patients was given the repositioning splint external fixation together with Chinese medicine outside treatment,control group patients was given open reduction and plate internal fixation treatment,after treatment for 6 months,according to Cooney criteria to evaluate function of wrist joint and radiographic evaluation standard.ResultsTwo groups of patients with wrist flexion degree,palm imaging measurement in comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the control group was superior to the treatment group,but compared Cooney score difference of two groups of patients,there was no statistically significant difference　(P＞0.05),with Chinese medicine splint external fixation outside wash treatment and surgical treatment CooneyⅣtreatment of distal radius fractures.ConclusionWith Chinese medicine gimmick reset splint external fixation outside wash treatment CooneyⅣcurative effect of distal radius fractures,to CooneyⅣtype of the distal radius fracture treatment provides a new method.
