重组人干扰素α- 2a栓联合保妇康栓治疗慢性宫颈炎合并人乳头状瘤病毒感染的疗效

摘要目的探讨重组人干扰素α-2a栓联合保妇康栓治疗慢性宫颈炎合并人乳头状瘤病毒（HPV）感染的效果。方法选择2012年3月～2014年12月在我院确诊并接受治疗的80例慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染的患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为干预组和对照组，每组40例。对照组采用保妇康栓治疗，干预组在此基础上加用重组人干扰素α-2a栓治疗。比较两组患者的异常分泌物持续时间、创面愈合时间、HPV转阴率、临床疗效、不良反应发生率。结果干预组的异常分泌物持续时间和创面愈合时间明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后4、8个月，干预组的HPV转阴率分别为52.5％、80.0％，明显高于对照组的30.0％、57.5％（P＜0.05）；干预组的总有效率（92.5％）明显高于对照组（80.0％）（P＜0.05）。两组患者的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论重组人干扰素α-2a栓联合保妇康栓治疗慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染的效果显著，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of recombinant human interferon α-2a suppository combined with Baofukang suppository treating chronic cervicitis complicated with human papilloma virus（HPV）infection. Methods From March 2012 to December 2014,80 patients definitely diagnosed as chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection treated by our hospital were selected as research group.They were evenly divided into intervention group and control group in random.In control group,Baofukang suppository was used,while in intervention group,on the basis of control group,recombinant human interferon α-2a suppository was added.The duration time of abnormal secretion,wound healing time,HPV negative conversion ratio,clinical curative efficacy,and incidence rate of adverse reaction in patients between two groups was compared respectively. Results In intervention group,duration time of abnormal secretion and wound healing time was obviously shorter than that of control group（P＜0.05）.HPV negative conversion ratio after 4 and 8 months therapy was 52.5％and 80.0％in intervention group,and it was obviously higher than that of control group（30.0％and 57.5％）（P＜0.05）.The total effective rate in intervention group was 92.5％,and it was obviously higher than that of control group（80.0％）（P＜0.05）.There was no significant difference of occurrence rate of adverse reaction between two groups（P＞0.05）. Conclusion recombinant human interferon α-2a suppository combined with Baofukang suppository in the treatment of chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection has a remarkable effect,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
