Abstract：Pu1monary epithe1ioid angiosarcoma is a kind of ma1ignant tumor which is derived from b1ood vesse1 and very rare in c1inic，on1y case reports.The etio1ogy is not c1ear，it has no unified standard treatment and is not sensitive to chemotherapy and radiotherapy.Because of the variety of c1inica1 symptoms，it is difficu1t to diagnosis.1 case of pu1-monary epithe1ioid angiosarcoma with refractory p1eura1 hemorrhage was reported in this paper，in order to provide more c1inica1 information and improve the understanding of the disease.Once patho1ogica1 prompt extensive hemorrhage，hemoptysis，mu1tip1e transfer and the prognosis wou1d be very poor.
