Abstract：Objective To observe the impact of Yiqi bushen huoxue decoction on cognitive abi1ity of e1der1y diabetes patients with mi1d cognitive impairment. Methods 70 e1der1y diabetes patients with mi1d cognitive impairment from March to September 2015 of our hospita1 were se1ected.Patients were random1y divided into Yiqi bushen huoxue decoction treatment group(treatment group) and contro1 group，and each group was 35 cases.The primary diseases were treated with genera1 treatment sustained.Patients in treatment group were treated with Yiqi bushen huoxue decoction on the basis of genera1 treatment.After treatment for 12 weeks，the MMSE，CDR and ADL between two groups were tested. Results The obvious effective rate of treatment group was 37.1%，higher than that was 14.3% in contro1 group；The tota1 effective rate was 82.8% in treatment group，obvious higher than that was 45.7% in contro1 group，and the difference was statistica1 significance (P＜0.05).The MMSE and ADL in treatment group was better than that of contro1 group respective1y (P＜0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Bushen Huoxue decoction can improve cognitive abi1ity of e1der1y diabetes patients with mi1d cognitive impairment and 1ife qua1ity.
