Abstract：By observing 1 case of thyroglossal tube papillary carcinoma clinical data and pathological and review and summarization the pathological and clinical data of thyroglossal tube papillary carcinoma to explore the histogenesis and clinical treatment of thyroglossal duct carcinoma.Thyroglossal duct carcinoma histological originates from the residual thyroid tissue，the clinicalmanifestations are similar to thyroglossal duct cyst，making a definite diagnosismust be confirmed by postoperative pathology，and with good outcome.The diagnosis of thyroglossal duct carcinoma needs clearly pathology.The preferred treatment is surgery，and whether to do neck lymph node cleaning and thyroid thyroidectomy and subsequent treatment are according to particular situations.
