Abstract：Objective To explore the safety of enalaprilmaleate and folic acid tablets in patientswith H-type hypertension complicated with chronic heart failure.M ethods 50 patients with H-type hypertension complicated with chronic heart failure from March 2014 to December 2015 were selected,on the base of regular treatment,they were taken enalaprilmaleate and folic acid tablets,the starting dose of 5.0mg/0.4mg,once every 2 weeks,the dose ofwas increased to the target dose or maximal tolerated.Treatment effect,blood pressure state,heart function and adverse drug reaction were observed before treatment and after treatment for 6 and 12 months.Results Clinical symptoms improved markedly in patients with H-type hypertension complicated with chronic heart failure after treatment for 6 and 12 months with enalaprilmaleate and folic acid tablets(P＜0.05);no significant adverse drug reactions,platelet hemoglobin liver kidney function had no significant influence.Conclusion Treatment with enalaprilmaleate and folic acid tablets for patients with H-type hypertension complicated with chronic heart failure canmarkedly improve the safety and survival rate.
