中药穴位贴敷联合抗结核药物治疗肺阴虚型结核病的效果及对患者免疫功能的影响

摘要目的探讨中药穴位贴敷联合抗结核药物治疗肺阴虚型结核病的效果及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法选取2020年8月至2021年5月梧州市第三人民医院收治的104 例肺阴虚型结核病患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组（n=52）和对照组（n=52）。对照组给予常规抗结核药物进行治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予中药穴位贴敷进行治疗。两组均持续治疗8 周。比较两组的临床治疗效果及治疗前后的肺功能指标[1 s 用力呼气容积（FEV1）、用力肺活量（FVC）]、中医症候积分、生活质量评分和免疫功能指标（CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、CD3+）变化情况。结果观察组的临床疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗前，两组的肺功能指标、中医症候积分、生活质量评分和免疫功能指标比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗后，观察组的FEV1和FVC 水平均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后的中医症候积分低于对照组，生活质量评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组治疗后的CD4+、CD4+/CD8+和CD3+水平均高于对照组，CD8+水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论中药穴位贴敷联合抗结核药物治疗肺阴虚型结核病的效果确切，能进一步提高临床治疗效果，有效改善肺功能，明显缓解患者的临床症状，提高其生活质量，且显著改善免疫功能。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with antituberculosis drugs in the treatment of tuberculosis of lung-yin deficiency type and its influence on the immune function of patients.Methods A total of 104 patients with of lung-yin deficiency type tuberculosis admitted to the Third People′s Hospital of Wuzhou City from August 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the observation group (n=52) and the control group (n=52) using random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional anti-tuberculosis drugs,and the observation group was treated with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.Both groups continued treatment for 8 weeks.The clinical treatment effect,pulmonary function indexes (forced expiratory volume in 1 second [FEV1],forced vital capacity[FVC]),traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,quality of life scores and immune function indicators (CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,CD3+) before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the lung function indexes,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,quality of life scores and immune function indexes between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the levels of FEV1 and FVC of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The levels of CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ and CD3+ of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the level of CD8+ of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with anti-tuberculosis drugs has a definite curative effect in the treatment of tuberculosis of lung-yin deficiency type,which can further improve the clinical treatment effect,effectively improve lung function,significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,improve their quality of life,and significantly improve immune function.
