肺癌患者术后生活质量干预方式的研究进展

摘要由于吸烟、大气污染、遗传等因素肺癌的发病率及死亡率逐年上升，随着低剂量螺旋CT 筛查普遍应用，越来越多的早期肺癌患者被发现，而手术切除是目前肺癌治疗的有效手段。术后生存质量作为治疗效果的评价标准之一也越来越受到重视。因此，对于肺癌术后的患者，关注术后患者恢复，提高术后患者生活质量的理念，通过干预手段，及早消除影响术后患者生存质量的不利因素，是临床医生面对的重要问题。作为临床医师，通过提高个人的人文修养及职业素养，进一步完善肺癌患者术后的管理及教育体系，运用正确的哲学理念及逻辑方式来处理与肺癌患者术后生活质量相关的临床问题，来促使肺癌术后患者不良情绪、生理机能、心理负担、社会经济负担得到满意的缓解。

Abstract：Because of the factors such as smoking,air pollution and heredity,the incidence rate and mortality rate of lung cancer increased gradually every year. With the widespread application of low dose spiral CT screening, more early lung cancer patients have been found, and surgical resection was considered to be the effective means for the treatment of lung cancer. As one of the evaluation criteria of treatment effect, postoperative quality recovery of life has been paid more and more attention. Therefore, for postoperative patients with lung cancer, it is an important problem for clinicians to pay attention to of postoperative patients, improve the quality of life of postoperative patients, and eliminate the adverse factors affecting the quality of life of postoperative patients as soon as possible through intervention. As a clinician, by improving personal humanistic cultivation and professional quality, further improve the postoperative management and education system of lung cancer patients, and use the correct philosophical concept and logical way to deal with the clinical problems related to the postoperative quality of life of lung cancer patients. The adverse emotion, physiological function，psychological and social or economic burden of the postoperative lung cancerpatients can be eased.
