网约护理服务对老年慢性病出院患者躯体状况、社会支持及生存质量的影响

摘要目的探讨网约护理服务对老年慢性病出院患者躯体状况、社会支持及生存质量的影响。方法选取2018年4月～2019年12月解放军联勤保障部队第一七一医院出院的174 例老年慢性病患者，按随机数字表法分为对照组（86 例）和观察组（88 例）。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上进行网约护理服务，比较干预前及干预2 个月后两组的躯体状况[采用躯体衰弱评估量表（FRAIL）]、社会支持[采用社会支持评定量表（SSRS）]、生活质量[采用慢性病患者生命质量测定量表（QLICD-GM）]差异。结果干预2 个月后，两组的FRAIL 评分低于干预前，且观察组的FRAIL 评分低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组的SSRS、QLICD-GM 各项评分高于干预前，且观察组的SSRS、QLICD-GM 各项评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论网约护理服务能有效改善老年慢性病出院患者躯体状况、提高其社会支持和生活质量。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effects of online appointment of nursing services on physical status,social support and quality of life of elderly discharged patients with chronic diseases.Methods A total of 174 elderly patients with chronic diseases who were discharged from 171th Hospital of PLA Joint Logistics Support Force were selected from April 2018 to December 2019 and were divided into the control group(86 cases)and the observation group(88 cases)according to the random number table method.Patients in control group were given routine nursing care of guardians,and patients in observation group were given online appointment of nursing services on the basis of control group.The physical status(fatigue,resistance,ambulation,illnesses and loss of weight[FRAIL]),social support(social support rating scale[SSRS])and quality of life(general module of quality of life instrument for chronic diseases[QLICD-GM])were compared between the two groups before intervention and after 2 months of intervention.Results After 2 months of intervention,the FRAIL scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,the FRAIL score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of items of SSRS and scores of items of QLICD-GM in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of items of SSRS and QLICD-GM of the observation group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Online appointment of nursing services can effectively improve the physical status and enhance the social support and quality of life of elderly discharged patients with chronic diseases.
