Abstract：Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing combined with routine nursing in the elderly patients with early diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods A total of 230 patients with early DN admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and research group according to the random number table method,115 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing methods,and the research group was given psychological nursing besides routine nursing.The glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c),fasting blood glucose (FPG),postprandial 2 h blood glucose (2 h FPG),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)，and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of HBA1c,FPG,2 h FPG,HOMA-IR in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05),the indexes in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05),and the nursing total satisfaction of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Choosing psychological nursing in early DN patients is more effective and can be more helpful to the rehabilitation of patients.
