穴位贴敷止呕方联合托烷司琼治疗化疗后恶心呕吐患者的临床效果

摘要目的探讨穴位贴敷止呕方联合托烷司琼治疗化疗后恶心呕吐患者的临床效果。方法选取2017年8月～2019年5月于长沙市中医医院（长沙市第八医院）肿瘤科行XELOX 方案化疗的48 例患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将入组患者分为治疗组与对照组，每组各24 例。所有患者均进行常规治疗，对照组在常规治疗基础上给予托烷司琼治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予穴位贴敷止呕方治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、恶心呕吐改善程度、消化道反应程度、生命质量及安全性情况。结果治疗后治疗组患者的临床总有效率（91.67%）高于对照组（70.83%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗前，两组患者的恶心、呕吐得分、生命质量测定量表QLQ-C30评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的恶心、呕吐得分均低于治疗前，且治疗组患者的恶心、呕吐得分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的QLQ-C30 评分均高于治疗前，且治疗组患者的QLQ-C30 评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后治疗组患者的消化道反应程度总有效率（87.50%）高于对照组（62.50%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗组患者的不良反应总发生率（8.33%）与对照组（16.67%）比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论穴位贴敷止呕方联合托烷司琼可有效缓解XELOX 方案化疗后患者恶心呕吐程度，改善其生命质量，临床疗效显著，且安全性较高，为进一步推广应用提供科学依据。

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint application of Zhiou Prescription combined with Tropisetron in the treatment of patients with nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy. Methods A total of 48 patients who underwent XELOX chemotherapy in the Department of Oncology of Changsha Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Changsha Eighth Hospital) from August 2017 to May 2019 were selected as subjects. By the random number table method, patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group, 24 cases in each group. All patients were treated with conventional treatment. In the control group, Tropisetron on the basis of conventional treatment was added, and in the treatment group, acupoint application of Zhiou Prescription on the basis of the control group was added. The clinical efficacy, improvement in nausea and vomiting, degree of gastrointestinal reaction, quality of life and safety in the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the total clinical effective rate in the treatment group(91.67%) was higher than that in the control group (70.83%), and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of nausea and vomiting and QLQ-C30 on the quality of life measurement scale between the two groups (P＞0.05). After treatment, the nausea and vomiting scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the nausea and vomiting scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). After treatment,the QLQ-C30 scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the QLQ-C30 score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). After treatment, the total effective rate of the gastrointestinal reaction (87.50%) in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (62.50%), and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions was 8.33% in the treatment group, which was not significantly different from that in the control group accounting for 16.67% (P＞0.05). Conclusion Acupoint application of Zhiou Prescription combined with Tropisetron can effectively relieve the nausea and vomiting of patients after XELOX chemotherapy, improve their quality of life, and obtain a remarkable clinical effect with high safety, which provides a scientific basis for further promotion and application.
